Mike Carlino passed away

Today the sad news reached me that Mike Carlino has passed away. We had some fairly tentative plans to make more media available through the site, so it looks like that is not going to happen. A sad day for his family and loved ones, and for Fear of God fans as well. He died this month, at the age of 62.
